August 2010
This past month has been a busy one!!! Both kids, their mates and children joined uis for a camping holiday. We all had a fantastic visit. Think we should do it every year!!! We are once again in Edson. I enjoy my time here as I have nothing to do but scrap, cook and clean up. I've been working on the Family Cookbooks again. So far I've finished 2 recipes each of Glenda D's, Rhonda's and my own. Waiting for Winter's and Brent's new entries!!! Any time now guys. I'll try to remember to post some pics of them in the next few days.

I'm back in the city!!!!
After 3 months in the mountains we've come back to the city. Lake Louise was BEAUTIFUL but the bear outside my door kinda put me on edge and my internet SUCKED!!! It was not a good thing for the weight loss goal either, not much walking!!!! Been working on a new cookbook (healthy chicken) and will post pics in the next few days. Also adding pages to the 12 copies of the "Family Cookbook". You 12 know who you are so if I haven't asked for 2 more recipes from you yet...get looking for your entries.

Beaded Pin Cushions Anyone??
I've been busy cross-stitching and beading little pin cushions for my daughter's work mates. I made that pink and blue one many many years ago and it's such an easy craft to take along in our travels. Just 14 count aida, floss and seed beads but even this supply is growing out of control.
I've also done some scrapbook pages but haven't taken pics yet. Maybe tomorrow??
I GOT A BIKE!! I LOVE IT!!!It's an Electra Cruiser and my whole ass fits on the seat...how great is that???
We've moved again!! Now we are in the mountains, with the grizzly bears and wolves!!! At least that's what they keep warning me about but all I've seen so far is 3 bunnies.......
